Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for LocalDraft AI subscriptions, operated by VakilBarak.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (or by contacting us). When you cancel:

• You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
• Your templates, saved drafts and exports remain available on your device.

2. Free trial

Because a free trial is available so you can evaluate all of the AI features before paying, we encourage you to use it to decide whether the product is right for you before subscribing.

3. Refunds

As LocalDraft AI is a digital product with a free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we will review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge.
• A technical issue on our side that prevented you from using the Pro features and that we could not resolve.
• A charge after a valid cancellation.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
